1. SEHAJ was started in 2006 by a small group of community minded indivudals in Houston, Texas, USA.

2. We aspire to practice fellowship and serve anyone in Houston area (regardless of their views of us).

3. Our guiding principles are grounded in and based entirely on the Sikh Reht Maryada (Sri Akal Takhat ).

4. We follow our vision of "Energizing the human capital of the Khalsa Panth".

5. Our mission is to "Invest in individuals through education, resources and motivation to further the progress of the Khalsa Panth".
